About the position

As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning (ML) to develop and maintain models that process large datasets, delivering customer-focused solutions across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and data scientists to define and implement mission-critical solutions using advanced ML algorithms and technologies. Your contributions will help shape the ML strategy for the firm and its clients, addressing real-world challenges through innovative data processing and user experience integration.

Responsibilities

• Train, test, deploy, and maintain generative AI models.
• Define the direction of mission-critical solutions using best-fit ML algorithms.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, solutions architects, and product owners.
• Develop data processing pipelines that optimize infrastructure use.
• Guide clients in navigating ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, data science, ML engineering, data research, software engineering, or data analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI modeling.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience in deep learning, computer vision, generative AI, NLP, or chatbot development.
• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Master's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with embedded systems programming in C, C++, or Rust.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, AutoGPT, or AgentGPT.
• Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs.
• Knowledge of modern Cloud computing technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams.
