About the position

The Generative AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in leading the development of generative AI solutions, focusing on deep generative artificial neural networks. This position involves strategic planning and technical execution, as well as designing and implementing customer-facing chat experiences integrated into the company's platforms. The role is set in a fast-growing global entertainment and technology company that values creativity and innovation in AI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of generative AI solutions from the ground up.
• Participate in strategic planning and technical execution of AI projects.
• Design and implement customer-facing chat experiences integrated into platforms.
• Develop end-to-end foundational LLM models, including deployment and fine-tuning.
• Build backend systems to scale and integrate LLM foundational models into applications.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience developing end-to-end foundational LLM models, including deployment, fine-tuning, and integration into production environments.
• 4 years of experience as a backend developer with expertise in Python.
• Experience building backend systems to scale.
• Experience deploying and integrating LLM foundational models to applications.
• Experience fine-tuning large language models to improve application software.
• Strong understanding of classical deep learning models/algorithms such as CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
