About the position

The Generative AI Marketing & SEO Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) for an entertainment client. This remote position focuses on collaborating with the marketing organization to ideate, prioritize, and develop AI and Generative AI use cases that align with business needs. The Analyst will be responsible for researching emerging trends, gathering service requirements, and driving the development of strategic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify problems, opportunities, and feasibility.
• Develop business cases, ensuring benefits align with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct document analysis, and use case modeling to capture and refine requirements.
• Work with the Business Architect to ensure processes are in sync with architectural standards.
• Identify high-level solution options and review designs for alignment with requirements.
• Manage scope and requirement traceability, support risk and issue management, and ensure solutions deliver intended business benefits.
• Utilize a solid understanding of SEO and GenAI techniques to collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Apply experience with data lakehouse solutions and vector store technologies, ensuring ethical AI practices are followed.
• Engage with teams to analyze detailed requirements, implement GenAI-driven strategies, and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
• Stay informed about AI/GenAI advancements, identify innovative use cases, and communicate potential applications within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree in the same fields with 3+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing functions and experience working closely with marketing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and GenAI techniques for driving content optimization and performance.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, vector store technologies, and data lakehouse platforms.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI/LLMs, and their practical applications in business.
• Experience in business analysis methodologies, including requirements documentation, process modeling, and feasibility assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for understanding and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI development, including bias evaluation.

Nice-to-haves
