About the position

The Generative and NLP Solutions Engineer role at Booz Allen Hamilton is designed for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will lead the development of AI-enabled applications, specifically LabelLogic. This position involves applying machine learning techniques to analyze business processes and deliver customer-focused solutions. The engineer will collaborate with a diverse team of data professionals to enhance AI capabilities and guide clients through the complexities of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and progress of AI-enabled solutions.
• Define the direction of mission-critical solutions using best-fit ML algorithms.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners.
• Perform A/B testing on statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Guide clients in navigating ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, AI, and machine learning applications.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Langchain and LangGraph libraries in real-world applications.
• Experience in managing technical teams and driving complex projects.
• Experience in architecting containerized applications.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data science workflows.
• Ability to address and resolve unbounded technical issues and problem solve.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
