As a Generator Technician at Metro Electric, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Generac generators. You will need to effectively communicate with customers regarding their repair needs, the costs involved, and the expected timing for repairs. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position. We are looking for a Generac-certified technician, but we are also open to candidates with experience in small engine repair as a substitute for generator experience.
