About the position

The Genesys Cloud Developer role focuses on developing and enhancing IVR systems using Genesys technologies. The position requires extensive experience in Genesys development, particularly with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows, to create efficient interaction routing and design solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance IVR systems using Genesys technologies.
• Utilize C# and Java for development tasks.
• Work with Genesys Composer and Interaction Routing Designer (IRD).
• Implement solutions in Interaction Workspace (IW).
• Collaborate on CI/CD processes for deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Genesys developer.
• Proficient in C# and Java programming languages.
• Experience with Genesys Composer and Interaction Routing Designer (IRD).
• 4+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
