About the position

The Genesys Cloud Developer role focuses on designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. The position requires extensive experience in developing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and working with various Genesys applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Develop IVR systems using C#/Java.
  • Work with Genesys Composer and Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD).
  • Utilize Interaction Workspace (IW) for application development.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline solutions where applicable.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Genesys Engage and CTI Genesys.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Genesys developer.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and Genesys Inbound Voice.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and contact center applications.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
