About the position

The Genesys Cloud Developer role involves designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud technology. The position requires a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, IVR development, and Genesys Composer, with a focus on enhancing customer interactions and optimizing call routing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement robust cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud.
  • Develop interactive voice response (IVR) systems using C# or Java.
  • Utilize Genesys Composer to create and customize workflows and routing rules.
  • Configure Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD) for optimized call routing.
  • Customize Interaction Workspace (IW) for efficient agent interaction handling.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows for scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes within the contact center.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys development tools and technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in C# or Java.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, Salesforce, and Genesys On-prem systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data table configurations within Genesys Cloud.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with contact center applications and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) components.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment methodologies.
