About the position

As a Genesys Cloud Developer at Slalom, you will be part of a dynamic Global Technology team focused on driving customer transformation through innovative contact center solutions. This role involves designing and developing advanced voice bots, integrating digital technologies, and enhancing customer experiences through the Genesys Cloud platform. You will work on diverse projects, including contact center migrations and the implementation of AI-driven capabilities, while collaborating with a team of skilled technologists.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop using Sub-Routines and Common Modules.
• Create and develop Voice Bots utilizing TTS voice capabilities.
• Enable multiple foreign languages in voice applications.
• Leverage Data Tables/Data Actions as part of call flow development.
• Support and develop integration services for Epic, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Develop call authentication functionality and self-service capabilities.
• Perform code debugging and quick bug resolution.
• Conduct exception development and testing.
• Execute unit testing knowledge.
• Design and configure the Genesys Platform, including Organizations, Business Units, Call Transfers/Conferencing, Dial Plan, and Fraud Protection.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting contact center solutions.
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming and Modular Code Development using Genesys Cloud IVR Architect.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum Software Development life cycle of IVR Development & Testing.
• Ability to set up Proof of Concept (PoC) and full production rollout of various features/functionalities within Genesys Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
