WEX is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design and implement scalable business solutions utilizing a variety of Cloud and On-Premise technologies. This role is pivotal in the creation of Contact Center Technology across WEX, where you will be responsible for both solution design and implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enable business capabilities that support WEX's growth strategy. In this position, you will be tasked with the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Genesys Cloud solutions. This includes working with IVR APIs, Lambdas, Data Actions, and other integrations from Genesys Cloud. You will also be responsible for creating interaction flows, including ACD, IVR routing rules, data tables, flow outcomes, and milestones, as well as managing menus, dialing lists, rules, and queue builds. Additionally, you will provide system administration support related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, and custom objects. Your role will involve designing, developing, and testing solutions for projects of moderate to significant complexity, employing industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions while ensuring compliance with all applicable WEX standards. You will also collaborate with the team to identify improvements and upgrades that will reduce costs, improve stability, and increase performance, while engaging with production support staff to remediate chronic and/or critical production support issues.
