About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team at Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company's goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Cloud technologies and will contribute to the transformation of our clients' businesses in the digital economy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Genesys Cloud Outbound, Genesys Cloud APIs, Genesys Cloud Architect, and Genesys Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Genesys Cloud technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements in the Genesys Cloud environment.
• Ensure the quality and performance of software solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud technologies.
• Document technical specifications and processes for future reference.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Genesys Cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Genesys Cloud technologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in Genesys Cloud Outbound, Genesys Cloud APIs, Genesys Cloud Architect, and Genesys Cloud.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in software testing and debugging techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a good understanding of security and data protection standards.
