About the position

The Genesys Cloud Developer role focuses on designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. The position requires extensive experience in IVR development and Genesys technologies, with a strong emphasis on automation and streamlining processes within the overall solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Develop IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
• Utilize C#/Java for development tasks.
• Work with Genesys Composer and Interaction Routing Designer (IRD).
• Manage and configure Interaction Workspace (IW).
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with CI/CD practices in development.
• Integrate with REST APIs and Salesforce as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Genesys developer.
• Experience in IVR development.
• Development experience using C#/Java.
• 4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
• Experience with Interaction Routing Designer (IRD) and Interaction Workspace (IW).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration.
• Familiarity with Genesys On-prem systems.
• Experience with SQL server and data table configurations using Genesys Cloud.
