About The Position
The Genesys Developer position in Pennington, NJ, is a full-time role that requires in-depth knowledge of the Genesys outbound framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing outbound campaigns, specifically with OCS versions 8.1.5xx.x. This role involves composer development for the Genesys Orchestration Server and GMS, as well as administration and management of outbound campaigns through GAX. The developer will work with various outbound calling campaigns, including predictive, push previous, and GVP, and will be expected to develop API integrations to enhance functionality. In addition to technical skills, the role requires knowledge of outbound skilling, treatments, SCXML programming for advanced treatments, and VXML programming for GVP applications. The position is designed for individuals who can effectively manage and execute outbound campaigns while ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing systems. The developer will also need to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the outbound framework are functioning correctly and efficiently. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,419 to $150,108 per year, along with benefits that include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
