About The Position
This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for genetic programs for Steelhead, Coho and Atlantic family groups including spawning, management, tracking and all facets of the brood areas. The Geneticist will demonstrate a knowledge of genetics in order to manage and improve breeding programs while demonstrating a good work ethic, attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills, ensuring the success of the department.
