About the position

The Genoa Client Success Manager/Optimization Specialist is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with Genoa Healthcare partners to ensure satisfaction and optimal performance of the 340B program. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including covered entities, data analysts, and finance teams, to enhance health outcomes through effective program management. The position allows for remote work flexibility while addressing challenges in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Genoa 340B partners and responsible for conducting business reviews
  • Identify optimization opportunities through data analytics
  • Work with Third Party Administrators and other external vendors to resolve issues impacting 340B program performance
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data and communicate business impact to Genoa 340B partners
  • Develop and foster working relationships with Genoa Healthcare partners
  • Identify and resolve issues through collaboration with internal teams
  • Assist in special projects around business strategy and initiatives
  • Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to Genoa partners
  • Maintain awareness of updates to the 340B program and share with team members and clients where appropriate

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of 340B experience
  • 3+ years of Client Relationship Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in operational considerations and requirements for grantee designation
  • 1+ years of data analytics experience (identifying trends and identifying opportunities and driving outcomes)
  • 1+ years of experience in isolating and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems related to 340B programs
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Able to travel up to 15% of the time
