Responsibilities

• Coordinate cancer research sample intake and processing.

• Provide administrative support for genomic data sharing.
• Work with investigators and staff to complete and submit paperwork for national databases.
• Support multiple projects at LCCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned.
• One year of related training or experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in clinical research or biospecimen storage.
• Tracking experience in biospecimen management via Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Experience in the use of tissue banking databases or similar management databases.
• Experience in a genomics laboratory.
• Experience with oncology data management.
• Demonstrated skills in the use of electronic databases.
