About the position

The Geographic Information Systems Lead at Inspire Brands is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Geographic Information System (GIS) while collaborating with various teams such as Franchise, Facilities, Real Estate, and Construction. This role involves assessing processes for improvement, providing training and support, managing data integrations, and executing brand development and real estate planning processes. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to support development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's Geographic Information System (GIS).
  • Collaborate with Franchise, Facilities, Real Estate, and Construction Teams to assist with information management processes.
  • Assess processes and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with the sys admin team.
  • Provide continuous training and user support across multiple teams including Real Estate, Construction, and Franchisees.
  • Manage data integrations to/from multiple systems such as Lucernex and Global Development Intelligence (GDI).
  • Execute brand development planning processes including new site info qualification and remodel site selection.
  • Verify and update operational alignment for all brands across development programs.
  • Create and manage workflows for future predictive models and site master surveys.
  • Run analytics to assure accuracy and develop next steps for real estate decisions.
  • Support remodel, rebuild, or relocate decisions for corporate and franchisee sites using data analysis.
  • Establish relationships with development team leads to ensure information systems requirements are understood and followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS/Spatial Analytics, Urban Planning, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project management.
  • 3 years of experience with Alteryx and SQL.
  • Ability to identify and present opportunities for improvement in data analytics and spatial analytics.
  • Detailed understanding of GIS systems, CRM's, and project management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage implementation and integration of systems for development reporting and forecasting.
