Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve complaints and compliance issues related to geological activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of division programs and special assignments.
  • Maintain open lines of communication regarding division programs.

Requirements

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in geology or geological, petroleum or mining engineering.
  • For Geologist 10: One year of professional experience in geological activities equivalent to a Geologist 9.
  • For Geologist P11: Two years of professional experience in geological activities, including one year equivalent to a Geologist 10.
  • Alternate education includes a bachelor's degree in environmental geoscience, earth science, or environmental science with specific geology coursework.
