About the position

The Geomatics Support Engineer at JAVAD GNSS is responsible for advising customers on GNSS geospatial products, managing product maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who can solve complex positioning and location challenges while working directly with customers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply geomatics and computer science principles to resolve GNSS product issues.
• Conduct field tests, record performance data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Interface with Customer Support and directly assist customers with product issues.
• Collaborate with software development and product management teams to address product revisions.
• Write user guides, application notes, and support documentation.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Geomatics, Geodesy, Survey & Mapping, GIS, or related field.
• GNSS product experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
