As a member of our team, you will be involved in developing cost-effective geotechnical solutions using proprietary technologies, including Rammed Aggregate Pier systems. Your role will require you to coordinate interactions between the GFC Design Center, Licensed Installer, and Clients to maximize the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of GFC services and systems. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing and tracking key projects, and communicating project status through monthly reports. In this position, you will implement engineering and bid strategies to close business and achieve proposals and solutions that meet regional revenue goals. You will also review project geotechnical and structural information, perform project evaluations to assess technical and commercial feasibility, and prepare proposals while collaborating with estimators to provide project bids for RAP opportunities. Additionally, you will review, sign, and seal project design submittals and field reports, as well as prepare project close-out submittals. Responsibilities

  • Develop cost effective geotechnical solutions using proprietary technologies including Rammed Aggregate Pier systems for project teams
  • Coordinate interaction between GFC Design Center, Licensed Installer and Client to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of GFC services and systems
  • Generate sales leads, manage and track key projects, and communicate project status via monthly reports
  • Implement engineering/bid strategies to close business and achieve proposals and solutions to meet regional revenue goals
  • Review project geotechnical and structural information and perform project evaluations to examine technical and commercial feasibility
  • Prepare proposals and work with estimators to provide project bids for RAP opportunities
  • Review, sign, and seal project design submittals and field reports and prepare project close-out submittals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a geotechnical/structural engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred
  • Registered professional engineer with active license, in good standing
  • Ability to quickly evaluate both technical and commercial viability of opportunities to provide value to project teams
  • Demonstrate ability to create and manage business opportunities resulting in successful engineering and sales strategies
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required
  • MS in Geotechnical Engineering preferred
