Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervisors and management teams to lead a high-performing group.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, fostering a family-like atmosphere.
- Hire, train, and retain restaurant team members and shift managers.
- Maintain excellent standards in the restaurant and facilitate internal team development.
- Influence with integrity and embody the culture of Noodles & Company daily.
- Manage scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing.
- Promote a food safety culture that exceeds company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of management experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or the hotel industry.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with administrative systems and point of sale, restaurant operations, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
- Ability to work a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays.
- Valid driver's license as driving may be required.
