About the position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our dynamic team as a Part-Time Virtual Assistant. This role is designed for those who are looking to contribute to a thriving managed services provider. The position starts at 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones to facilitate communication and collaboration with our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, assisting with contracts, quotes, and pricing, as well as handling bill payments and financial record management. You will also perform data entry and organization tasks in HubSpot, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date. In addition to administrative support, you will be responsible for content and communication tasks, such as posting engaging content on various platforms and conducting LinkedIn outreach to build new connections. Vendor management will also be part of your role, where you will research and manage vendor relationships and handle procurement tasks as needed. You will support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives, plan and organize team events, client meetings, and social activities, and advocate for our company by assisting with award submissions. Furthermore, you will provide leadership support by taking notes and helping to keep leadership organized, ensuring clear communication within the team and with external partners. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities

Requirements
