About the position

The Gift Entry Database Analyst will be a key member of the Gift Giving Fund Development Team at Trinity Health Of New England. This role focuses on managing donor data entry, acknowledgment, event registration, and analytical reporting within the Blackbaud CRM database. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely updates of donor information and support fundraising events, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for gift entry, donor acknowledgment, event registration, and data entry for constituents in the Blackbaud CRM database.
• Enters and updates biographical and gift data on donors, prospects, and constituents accurately and timely.
• Manages event registration for fundraising events and completes report requests as assigned.
• Assists with special projects as necessary, including processing and coordinating regional special event registration for signature events.
• Runs analytical reports on a consistent basis and assists with administrative duties.

Requirements

• Associate degree desired, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM or other database software and in a development office setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience in a development/fundraising office working with donors and confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a fundraising environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytical reporting tools.
