We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (GIG Worker Success Manager) in Monroe Township, NJ. The Gig Worker Success Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at the client site, ensuring the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and services. This role is pivotal in managing employee relations, which includes coaching, conducting performance reviews, handling removals from assignments, and conducting exit interviews. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through superior customer service, while developing strong relationships with both supervisors and associates. In this role, you will anticipate staffing requirements and expectations, and develop value-added services to support the changing needs of clients. You will coordinate the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes for individuals assigned to various roles. Additionally, you will maintain the timekeeping system to ensure accurate payroll and invoicing, and provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports as requested by the client. Conducting onsite orientation and safety training, facilitating the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents, and participating in scheduled service reviews at the client site are also key responsibilities. Acting as the liaison between the branch office and the client, you will deliver superior customer service and foster relationships with supervisors and associates, while also performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develop value-added services to support changing client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication.
  • HR and data management experience.
  • Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and build effective and diverse teams.
  • Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong EXCEL skills are a must.
  • Practical experience and comfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and basic data management tools for analysis.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms.
  • Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision makers.
