About the position
The GIS Analyst position at Robert Half involves designing and editing GIS data for various projects while ensuring data alignment with company standards. Responsibilities
- Designs and edits GIS data for numerous projects
- Ensures alignment of data with company standards
- Monitors and applies the best industry practices
- Maintains data integrity and accuracy
- Utilizes ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online in data visualization
- Develops sustainable systems of collecting and managing data points
- Manages necessary hardware and software
- Delivers training and technical support to end-users
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with ArcGIS
- Bachelor's degree in GIS Analysis, Environmental Science, Geography, or related field
- GISP certification preferred
- Solid cartographic skills
- Outstanding project management and facilitation skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull lightweight materials (at most 20 lbs.)
- Able to walk and stand for extended hours
