About the position

The GIS Data Architect position is a critical role within a public sector project based in Lansing, MI. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise data architecture specifically tailored for Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture for GIS applications.
• Integrate GIS systems built on relational databases with other applications.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS-IT and enterprise data architecture.
• Expert level experience with ESRI ArcGIS products such as ArcCatalog, ArcMap, or ArcPro.
• Minimum of 2 years integrating GIS systems built on relational databases with other applications.
• Ability to quickly comprehend the GIS needs of applications and develop smart data solutions.
