Clarity Partners is seeking a Senior Manager located in Chicago, IL to lead business development efforts while simultaneously managing client-facing project work. This role is pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and operations for multiple existing client-facing projects. The Senior Manager will partner with leadership to plan, direct, and coordinate Clarity Web Practice project goals and objectives, managing a portfolio of projects and assisting in expanding that portfolio. The position requires staying abreast of competition, market trends, and competitor activities, conducting research to uncover trends and client pain points to form innovative, customer-centric solutions, and developing potential new clients in the private sector. In addition, the Senior Manager will support the launch and management of procurement and purchasing processes, identifying solutions to improve the timeliness of deployment and rollout. The role involves creating, developing, and implementing project plans by assessing client needs and project specifications, establishing project timelines, workflows, and budgets to track progress and ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget. The Senior Manager will lead meetings between project stakeholders, maintain meeting minutes, and prepare project evaluations and assessments of project results. Building strong relationships across Clarity Partners to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement is essential, as is managing day-to-day activities and relationships with clients to strengthen overall partnerships. The position demands ensuring professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues.
