  • Apply weather sealants and adhesives for waterproofing and weatherproofing.
  • Perform repair and replacement of damaged or broken glass panels.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications for accurate installation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Manage glass inventory and order necessary materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Glazier, with at least 3 years of relevant glazing experience.
  • Proficiency in handling various glass types, including cutting, shaping, and installing.
  • Familiarity with glazing tools and equipment, such as glass cutters and suction cups.
  • Knowledge of different glazing systems, glass types, and installation methods.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications.
  • Physical fitness and dexterity to work in various environments, including heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
