About the position

The Global Account Manager at Spectrum Plastics is responsible for coordinating and developing strategic customer accounts that represent significant revenue and growth potential. This role involves building relationships with key contacts across various functions, communicating the company's value proposition, and driving year-over-year growth through effective collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strategic map of respective accounts.
  • Establish an internal team consisting of Engineering, Sales Managers, Quality, and Marketing to serve the Global Account.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements that are beneficial for both the customer and Spectrum Plastics.
  • Prioritize and drive pipeline projects to ensure growth.
  • Provide regular updates to the Executive team regarding revenue, margin progression, and key milestones.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with relevant account information.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of significant experience in the medical market.
  • Strong relationships with top medical device OEMs.
  • Proven record of business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills that lead to mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Self-driven with a strategic mindset and strong solution skills.
  • Good understanding of the entire product line from Spectrum Plastics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
