About the position

The Global Accounts Director at Radisson Hotel Group is responsible for driving profitable revenue and market share growth globally through strategic account management. This role focuses on developing relationships with key international accounts and optimizing opportunities across various segments, including MICE, Group, Transient, and long-stays. The director will lead account planning, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategies that align with the company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key international accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Act as an ambassador between hotels, areas, and accounts, providing expertise on RHG international markets.
  • Create a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunities for Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Work with third-party intermediaries to ensure proper account development implementation.
  • Lead the creation of global account plans with strategic goals and traceable ROI.
  • Negotiate and coordinate the creation of Master Service Agreements for the account portfolio.
  • Participate in shaping the future of Global Account Management through engagement in transformation projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of selected accounts across EMEA and APAC according to RHG customer lifecycle standards.
  • Lead performance meetings reviewing key KPIs and expected developments for each account.
  • Conduct client negotiation meetings with a structured approach to optimize RHG strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales account management experience in the hospitality/tourism industry.
  • Desirable university graduate qualification or similar diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and performance in hospitality or related travel/corporate companies.

  • Experience within hospitality and related travel/corporate companies is an advantage.
