About the position

The Global B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in international markets by targeting key accounts and leveraging existing local relationships. This fully remote role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in international markets by targeting key accounts and leveraging existing local relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue and ensure client satisfaction while addressing unique needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main contact for global clients, fostering strong relationships and coordinating with local teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international/global B2B sales with the ability to successfully manage complex client relationships with large companies while meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, food processing, or industrial sales preferred.
  • Must have experience selling a physical product.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Bilingual in English and German, Dutch, or Danish a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Must have valid driver's license and passport.
