About the position

The Analyst position in the Financial and Strategic Investors Group (FSIG) at Goldman Sachs involves working on complex financial challenges and transactions, providing coverage and execution banking services to private equity clients. Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare presentations explaining industry trends and client options.
• Analyze financial models in collaboration with industry and financing teams.
• Maintain client communication and assist in structuring client transactions.
• Support the team in advising private equity clients across their investment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting-related discipline.
• Experience with modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of multiple teams and autonomously.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and a varied workload.
