About the position

The Global Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the transactional home entertainment business for film and television content at a leading digital streaming network. This position is essential for bringing home entertainment products to market and will report directly to the Executive Director of Brand Marketing. The Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the successful launch and promotion of products, working closely with various departments to maintain a cohesive marketing strategy. In this role, the Coordinator will set up products in internal systems such as Mercury, POVC, and WWRS, ensuring that all product information is accurately represented. They will issue design directions to the production team, maintain internal planning and tracking data in Airtable, and draft sales materials that will be routed for approval across departments. Legal and music clearances will also be confirmed by the Coordinator, who will check retail sites to ensure that products are accurately listed and available for purchase. Additionally, the Coordinator will identify necessary information and assets to enhance retailer product pages, contribute to the development of marketing presentations, and provide support on various ad hoc projects as needed. This position requires a results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and work collaboratively within the Brand Marketing team and across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Set up products in internal systems (Mercury, POVC, WWRS).
  • Issue direction to Production regarding product design.
  • Maintain internal planning and tracking data in Airtable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Draft sales materials and route them to various departments for approval.
  • Confirm legal and music clearances for products.
  • Check retail sites to ensure products are listed accurately.
  • Identify information and assets to be added to retailer product pages.
  • Route marketing materials for approval.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management.
  • Experience within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency, or consumer products is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or related field is desired.
  • High degree of proficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
  • Comprehensive problem-solving ability.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and effectively within the Brand Marketing team and across various departments.
  • Agile, flexible, highly organized, and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
