The TP ICAP Internship Program offers a comprehensive experience within the Global Broking and Operations functions, providing interns with exposure to the full lifecycle of a trade over a 10-week period. Interns will rotate through Broking desks and Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in essential areas of an interdealer broker, from client onboarding to trade settlement and reconciliation.
