About the position

The Global Business Intelligence Analyst at Randstad US plays a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. The mission of the business intelligence team is to empower leaders to integrate data into their daily decisions and strategic planning. This position is designed to provide visibility, transparency, and guidance regarding the quantity and quality of results, activities, financial KPIs, and leading indicators, enabling the identification of trends that support data-based decision-making. As a BI Business Partner, the analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Data Engineering, BI Support Teams, Operational Teams, Internal Teams, and RSR clients, to deliver business solutions through data. The role encompasses operational and technical responsibilities for reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards across all operating companies within RSR. The analyst will develop processes and strategies to consolidate, automate, and enhance reporting and dashboards for both external clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of account and client BI reporting, working closely with data engineering to provide usable datasets, and creating insightful dashboards with meaningful visualizations within the BI solution (DOMO). The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual conditions around reporting, financial elements, SLAs, and KPIs, while continuously assessing operational realities to validate solution requirements. The role requires a strong focus on quality management, process improvement, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business solutions and revenue-generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation workstream responsible for delivering a reporting suite and introductory standard for the account and client.
  • Provide recommendations on organizing tier-based programs currently licensed for DOMO/Talent Radar.
  • Ensure all contractual conditions around reporting, financial elements, SLAs, and KPIs are reviewed and adhered to.
  • Assess operating reality to validate solution requirements and adjust as needed.
  • Implement and reinforce tools including standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure the team has living documentation on each client billing and reporting process.
  • Oversee the design and build of insightful, scalable, and actionable visualizations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive quality management program.
  • Build, implement, and schedule production standards of files and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure reporting quality and accuracy by evaluating, integrating, and complementing data sources.
  • Execute continuous process improvement processes.
  • Act as a liaison between consumers/ops teams and data engineering teams.
  • Use client data and insights to highlight observations and provide recommendations for business discussions.
  • Present potential approaches or opportunities for improvement in service delivery performance to account leadership.
  • Work with account leadership to maximize revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to contribute to the objectives of the BI team.
  • Contribute to the success of a wider global team.
  • Qualify business needs of each request and partner on solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders and account leads.
  • Serve as a functional and technical data visualization and business intelligence subject matter expert.
  • Advise clients during sales and solution design processes.
  • Work within agreed parameters aligned to the global method of BI production.
  • Focus on delivery of RSR data lake and available benchmarking tools.
  • Leverage an agile work environment to incorporate innovative components to existing portfolios.
  • Organize feedback standards from stakeholders to create use case materials and customer-facing documentation.
  • Promote available resources and enterprise tools for operations training from a BI perspective.
  • Ensure data governance principles and guidelines are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred; Master's degree a plus.
  • Project Management and/or process improvement experience highly preferred.
  • MI/Business Intelligence/Data Science/Analytics background is essential.
  • Talent Acquisition/MSP/RPO/People Analytics experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry (e.g., MSP/RPO) and/or B2B marketing.
  • Experience with Domo and GCP.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured challenges into insights, plans, and recommendations.
  • Ability to mine data, improve and develop new data sources, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for various levels throughout organizations.
  • Excellent presentation skills for delivering solutions to executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google products and visualization tools like Domo and Tableau.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas.
  • Strong drive and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Ability to provide value with analytics to help achieve account objectives.
  • Ability to create meaningful insights and metrics aligned to business priorities.
  • Data visualization skills; ability to interpret data for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to write SQL scripts.
  • Experience in data pipeline creation, quality improvement, and analysis.
  • Experience with analytics tools.
  • Experience demonstrating technical client service (consulting experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
