The Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) department at Oracle is tasked with overseeing all systems, tools, business processes, and operations for both direct and indirect business lines. The position involves thorough analysis of business processes to support executive meetings, cross-organizational initiatives, and ad hoc updates across both direct and indirect business lines. Additionally, this role is pivotal in optimizing sales processes and supporting continuous improvement programs within GBRO. As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will engage with stakeholders, including executive audiences, to identify business needs and requirements. You will conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes and data to pinpoint areas for improvement within the Apps domain. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will design and implement solutions that align with top business priorities. Your ability to leverage data will be crucial in developing hypotheses and insights that support executive updates and critical decision-making. Clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations will be essential, as will partnering closely with the Global Rev Ops Analytics team and Divisions to drive operational reporting requirements and provide ad hoc analyses aligned with key initiatives. You will also collaborate with sales and partner process owners to influence their roadmaps and design considerations for optimization, summarizing key issues and insights to educate broader GBRO stakeholders on business opportunities.
