The Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) team at Oracle is dedicated to enhancing the systems, tools, business processes, and operations that support both direct and indirect business lines. Our mission is to create an exceptional experience that empowers our internal sales teams and partner ecosystem to achieve their business objectives and revenue targets. We are responsible for designing, building, and managing the mechanisms that drive commercial growth within the organization. As a Commercial Business Analyst within the newly established Commercial Business team, you will play a pivotal role in performing business analysis activities specifically for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This position requires you to collaborate with various stakeholders across Oracle to gain a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and to provide insights that highlight key areas of opportunity. Your analysis will support executive meetings, cross-organizational initiatives, and ad hoc updates across both direct and indirect business lines. Additionally, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and supporting continuous improvement programs across GBRO. In this role, you will engage with executive audiences to identify business needs and requirements, conduct thorough analyses of business processes and data, and work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with top business priorities. You will leverage data to develop hypotheses and insights that will inform executive updates and critical decision-making. Your ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely will be essential as you partner closely with the Global Rev Ops Analytics team and other divisions to drive operational reporting requirements and provide ad hoc analysis aligned with key initiatives. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices will also be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement within the organization.
