About the position

The Global Change Management and Org Design Manager is responsible for enhancing organizational capabilities to meet workforce experience, change management, and organization design needs. This role requires expert knowledge and the ability to address complex issues, working closely with various stakeholders including HR teams and department leaders. The manager will oversee strategic activities related to organizational design and change management, ensuring effective implementation and engagement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the organization to enhance area and department capabilities.
  • Manage the Org Design & Change Management Framework ('Leading Change').
  • Provide consultation and training on Org Design & Change Management.
  • Oversee vendor management related to change initiatives.
  • Design, analyze, and implement workforce engagement/value proposition surveys.
  • Lead employee experience initiatives and recognition program guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, HR Business Partner roles, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving people and culture programs that add value to the organization.
  • Experience influencing across organizational boundaries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices in managing complex change and organization design initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Significant experience in leading complex enterprise-wide organization design and change management initiatives.
  • Coaching, change management, or organization design certification.
