About the position

The Content Manager will create, develop, implement, and manage web and intranet communication strategies aimed at raising brand awareness and informing both internal and external audiences. This role focuses on enhancing the customer-facing online content to support a positive e-commerce experience, utilizing content management software to post content and analyze user traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage web content design and look & feel for storefront pages.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing to capture product enrichment details.
  • Create, update, or retire product enrichment using an e-commerce visual interface dashboard.
  • Manage content across various systems, leveraging search engine optimization for maximum exposure.
  • Monitor changes from SAP regarding sales status by country and take appropriate actions on web content.
  • Manage and update product and category content and images for the website.
  • Conduct QA analysis and testing for user experience.
  • Create functionality and testing documents for QA environments.
  • Report bugs and issues found during testing.
  • Design project plans, manage contractors, and monitor projects from initiation to deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and website management.
  • Proficient with HTML and web design.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • General knowledge of applied, food, services, and/or pharmaceutical businesses is a plus.
  • Strong team player, able to work across boundaries.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $100,000 to $140,000 based on qualifications and experience.
