We are seeking an experienced Global Client Solutions Manager (GCSM) to join our Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team in Los Angeles. This role is crucial in our Sales team, focusing on meeting objectives and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The GCSM will be responsible for establishing and nurturing trusted client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring advertiser satisfaction. This includes negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities while leveraging data and analytics to create tailored solutions for our customers. In this position, the GCSM will manage and grow client relationships with advertisers, conducting regular business reviews and adopting a consultative approach to increase client investments in collaboration with the Sales Team. Building trusted relationships through world-class service is essential, as is the ability to identify and recommend custom solutions and new market opportunities proactively. The GCSM will maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends, serving as an external product expert to educate clients on TikTok's ad solutions and best practices for optimal performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as the GCSM will work closely with Technical Account Managers to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making proactive, data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising strategies. The GCSM will also engage with various internal cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Product, and R&D, to ensure successful campaign execution and troubleshoot any client issues. Collecting marketplace feedback and insights will guide our advertising strategy and offerings, while managing custom marketing programs and sponsorships will ensure timely delivery of assets.
