About the position

Questar is seeking a highly motivated Global Client Support Technician to join our Technical Support Team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical assistance for software and hardware products. The technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide expert guidance, and enhance the overall customer support experience while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to network, software, and hardware issues encountered by customers.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to software and hardware products.
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and hardware products, features, updates, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain the center knowledge and write training materials.
  • Properly escalate and analyze unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and account managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to address and resolve support issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience providing technical support in a global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a software and hardware company.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Automotive/Fleet management industry.
