About the position

The Global Clinical Sciences and Operations (GCSO) Innovation Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions in clinical studies, focusing on digital transformation projects. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop frameworks and processes for integrating new technologies into clinical operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess new digital solutions for clinical studies, including telemedicine and eConsent.
  • Develop frameworks and processes for implementing digital transformation solutions in clinical studies.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment of goals.
  • Prepare the organization for change management related to new initiatives in clinical studies.
  • Work with strategic partners to align on systems and processes for new vendors or capabilities.
  • Ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables consistent with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings to advise on strategic and operational issues related to GCSO Innovation.
  • Support budget planning, resource management, and policy development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing complex initiatives in a regulated environment within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO industry.
  • 3+ years of project management experience at the Sponsor level.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
