About the position

The Global Compensation Analyst role at Aptiv involves supporting key compensation programs and practices, ensuring effective global compensation processes, and maintaining data integrity. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of compensation analysis to design and implement compensation plans that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in designing and implementing global compensation programs such as salary review cycle, bonus, commission, and pay equity.
• Ensure compensation operational and administrative processes are effective; identify and implement process improvements.
• Engage with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business needs in order to design and advise on compensation plans.
• Utilize available technology and identify enhancements to processes, data, or usages to facilitate efficient and scalable practices.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors on administration, reporting, and analysis.
• Analyze large and/or complex data, and prepare detailed summary reports.
• Participate in other related projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related area.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related HR experience.
• Knowledgeable in reward practices, specifically pay range design, benchmarking, and career structures.
• Familiar with tax and payroll practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HR Technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Workday reporting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
