About the position

The Cost Transformation & Network Design Domain Architect role at PepsiCo is responsible for defining the global architecture for Cost Transformation and Network Design initiatives. This position focuses on establishing technology standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise solutions, and providing architectural guidance to sector-specific initiatives. The role also involves integration architecture responsibilities, particularly concerning SAP systems, to reduce IT costs and complexity while ensuring the long-term viability of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define north star reference architectures for domain including capability models, terminology, definitions, and flows.
• Define technology strategy for the CTX and Network Design domain.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of solutions/platforms to meet global and sector needs.
• Increase awareness of global reference architectures and technology standards for CTX and Network Design across the enterprise.
• Shape the technology strategy of CTX and Network Design initiatives to maximize alignment with standards.
• Lead delivery of consistent solution architecture for key transformation initiatives ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, flexible, scalable, and sustainable.
• Guide sector HR architects in defining solution architecture for sector-specific projects.
• Partner with S&T CTX and Network Design to drive architectural strategy linkage across domains.
• Conduct end-to-end solution evaluations with Capability teams.
• Stay updated with technology and industry trends through training and participation in relevant events.
• Manage integration into Digital Transformation PGT programs and serve as a liaison for Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of software industry experience.
• 5-7+ years of solution architecture experience.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with key vendor software packages including SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, ServiceNow, and Degreed Solutions.
• In-depth experience with PepsiCo Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) architecture and data integration patterns.
• Ability to comprehend business strategies and translate them into technology strategies.
• Effective conceptual selling experience.
• Understanding of integration technologies and data architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with SAP suite: S4, SAP IBP, TPM, ARIBA.
