About the position

As Via's Global Creative Director, you will lead the internal Studio team, setting the creative direction for the brand and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand engagement and drive sales. This role requires a strong creative leader with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to excellence, who can inspire the team while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house creative studio team including design, copy, video, animation, and digital.
  • Evolve the Via brand to set the standard for the category and lead among fast-growing tech companies.
  • Act as a thought partner across the organization, providing creative solutions to business needs and opportunities.
  • Set a strong creative vision and oversee creative strategy, development, and execution across disciplines.
  • Ensure the Studio team understands customers, audiences, product offerings, marketing plans, and key messaging across all lines of business.
  • Guide the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines are met.
  • Work across B2B/B2G and consumer audiences to create integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate across teams, prioritize work, and advance business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and push creative boundaries.
  • Assess the effectiveness of creative work through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role at an agency or in-house.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to foster a shared creative vision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand development, marketing, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Commitment to creative excellence and innovation, always seeking to push boundaries.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
