About the position

As the Global Creative Director at Via, you will lead the internal Studio team, setting the creative direction for the brand and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand engagement and drive sales. This role requires a strong creative leader with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to excellence, responsible for managing multiple projects while inspiring the team to produce high-quality work that aligns with Via's values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house creative studio team including design, copy, video, animation, and digital.
• Evolve the Via brand and set the standard for creative work in the tech industry.
• Collaborate across the organization to provide creative solutions to business needs.
• Develop and execute a strong creative strategy across various disciplines.
• Ensure the Studio team understands customer needs and key messaging for all lines of business.
• Guide the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Work with both B2B/B2G and consumer audiences to create integrated campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate creative work.
• Assess the effectiveness of creative work through metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role at an agency or in-house.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to foster a shared creative vision.
• Comprehensive understanding of brand development, marketing, and multimedia campaigns.
• Commitment to creative excellence and innovation.
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail and focus on results.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
