About the position

As a Global Creative Project Specialist at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing creative projects that align with our global marketing initiatives. This position requires you to be the primary liaison between our internal creative teams and global marketing leads, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will foster a collaborative and positive team environment within the Global Creative Studio through clear and empathetic communication with creative partners. Your responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for global marketing leads, understanding their unique project needs, objectives, and timelines. You will coordinate project kick-off meetings, gather requirements, and create project plans using AirTable. Collaborating with internal creative teams, which include designers, writers, and art directors, will be essential to ensure that briefs are clear and actionable. You will also facilitate clarification from marketing partners, setting up a process designed for success. Managing project timelines and resources will be a key part of your role, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. You will utilize MAC OS, Slack, and AirTable for project management and communication with global teams. Effective communication between stakeholders is crucial, and you will provide regular updates on project progress and milestones. Conducting quality assurance checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet Levi Strauss & Co.'s brand standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in the organization and management of digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and preparing project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in AirTable, MAC OS, Slack, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience working with global marketing teams and managing international projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of denim and fashion industry trends is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
