As a Global Demand Planning Tech Expert at Mondelēz International, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications that are essential for our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage an internal team while collaborating with external suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions that align with our business goals. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and market knowledge to identify and deploy the right software and application solutions that will drive our future success in snacking. In this role, you will support various programs aimed at implementing regional and global software and application strategies. You will also provide valuable input to financial planning and controls related to software and applications on both regional and global levels. Your collaboration with management will involve following up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, while exploring opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings. Ensuring that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are met will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. This position is hybrid-based, with a preference for 1-2 days in the East Hanover, New Jersey office, but we are open to remote work options for candidates in the U.S. and Canada, as well as those who can work from our locations in Santa Fe, Mexico, and São Paulo, Brazil.
