About the position

The Global Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist I-II at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is responsible for supporting the execution of global digital marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with international teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned across diverse markets, managing digital marketing processes, and analyzing user behavior to provide actionable insights for improving marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of global digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Manage global digital marketing processes to generate new leads using tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Maintain and enhance the digital marketing technology stack, optimizing online visibility and customer engagement in both regional and global campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior across different markets through the customer journey, providing actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of global digital marketing efforts.
  • Measure marketing performance on a global scale, making data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing ROI and support overarching business goals worldwide.
  • Implement and manage global technology and processes to improve the efficiency of marketing teams across different regions (Level II).
  • Develop and enhance global marketing processes for increased operational effectiveness, enabling seamless collaboration across the global marketing team (Level II).

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required, with a preference for Marketing or Data Analysis disciplines.
  • 5 years of relevant experience for Level I; 5+ years for Level II.
  • Expertise in data analysis and generating actionable insights.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Ability to analyze Google Analytics, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) data to boost customer conversions.
  • Ability to influence marketing strategies and adapt to evolving digital trends.
  • Track marketing ROI and enhance the lead lifecycle using tools like Google Data Studio and Power BI for vendor-specific reporting.
  • Strong technical skills for managing and maintaining marketing technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
