About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) will focus on the management and optimization of digital marketing platforms and initiatives that support the growth strategies of the Neuromodulation business unit. This role encompasses the management of existing marketing technology platforms, the building and deployment of new digital solutions, and the optimization of digital campaigns, all performed under limited direction. The manager will leverage strong technical and data management skills to analyze campaigns, generate insights, and collaborate closely with brand marketing teams to propose and implement actions that support their objectives. This includes identifying business opportunities, addressing obstacles, and refining digital tactics and goals with a responsive and proactive approach. With a data-driven mindset, the Global Digital Marketing Manager will troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while managing platform integrations to create robust omni-channel digital toolkits. The role requires strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation, enabling the manager to build and deploy technical solutions that enhance customer experience and improve commercial performance. The position has a global remit, addressing both healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences, and involves significant collaboration with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights, proposing innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance, and supporting brand teams by building and deploying essential digital tools and tactics. The manager will also develop governance processes to standardize platform usage and maximize data integrity, manage customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations, and ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place. Additionally, the role involves managing a global paid media budget, collaborating with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders, and actively participating in planning initiatives related to the annual strategic plan and commercial operating plan. The manager will establish strong relationships across a matrix organization to become the primary contact for digital support requests and ensure timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders, all while upholding the company's values and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance.
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics.
  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and maximize data integrity.
  • Manage and administer customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations including web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, and BI dashboards.
  • Identify and share best practices, as well as support and facilitate digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business.
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions.
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards, across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with external partners (including agencies) and cross-functional stakeholders (including Sales, IT, Privacy).
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan and the commercial operating plan.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships across a matrix organization with a goal of becoming the point of contact for digital support requests.
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with the commercial operating plan.
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Digital/Marketing.
  • Adept at front-end technical digital including CRO, SEO, UX, and analytics.
  • Comfortable managing and configuring platforms at a technical level.
  • Experience building and managing websites.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

  • Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
  • Pay transparency with a reasonable estimate of the annual base salary ranging from $93,000 to $140,000, varying by location.
